Skrillex - Reptile (Choreography by Nigel Cortez)
It’s been a while since i posted something on YouTube that was my own. I’ve really been focusing on the team as a whole and promoting me fellow teammates through concepts and classes. I had the privilege to teach Culture Shock San Diego last night, and thought this would be the perfect piece to teach and record!! I’ve always been drawn to the Electro house/Dubstep sound. People sometimes say “You can’t feel that music” or “It just looks like your doing moves.” I completely disagree with that. Everyone’s taste in music is different, when i hear songs like this, it automatically makes me wanna move, I hear it for more then just wobbles and crazy random sounds. I have been staying away from Dubstep lately so I could expand and grow as a choreographer but I’ll always feel comfortable coming back and doing a fun piece like this, to the music I enjoy.
